Fallsview Casino Resort uses Momentum as its free loyalty programme. Members earn Status Points through rated slot and table play, while Momentum Dollars build separately and can be spent on selected casino, hotel, dining and entertainment benefits.
There are five levels: Core, Ignite, Leap, Ascend and Soar. The higher the status, the more benefits become available, including faster Momentum Dollar earning, complimentary parking, hotel offers, dining credits and VIP services.
Momentum Tier Structure
Every new member starts at Core. Status is then determined by the number of Status Points earned during a six-month qualifying period.

The qualification periods run from April 1 to September 30 and October 1 to March 31. Status Points reset to zero at the end of each period, while the member's qualifying activity determines whether the current tier is maintained.
Earning Status Points
Status Points are earned from rated play when a Momentum card is used. They are not cash and cannot be redeemed; their purpose is to determine your Momentum level.
The earning rate is proprietary, so there is no published conversion such as one dollar played equaling one Status Point. This also means two players should not assume the same amount of play will automatically produce an identical result across different game types.
Momentum Dollars
Momentum Dollars are separate from Status Points. They have a value of C$1 each when redeemed at participating outlets and can be used for selected purchases including Free Play, hotel stays, entertainment, internal restaurants and certain Galleria shops and restaurants.
Unlike Status Points, Momentum Dollars do not reset every six months. They expire after 12 months of inactivity, so an active account can keep its balance beyond a single qualification period.
Higher tiers receive Momentum Dollar Accelerators:

- Leap: 15% faster earning
- Ascend: 20% faster earning
- Soar: 25% faster earning
These accelerators affect Momentum Dollar earnings, not the number of Status Points needed to move between tiers.
Hotel, Dining and Entertainment Benefits
Momentum is not limited to the gaming floor. Depending on status and qualified play, members can receive discounted hotel rates, complimentary hotel offers, entertainment tickets and dining rewards.
Members can also use Momentum Dollars towards selected hotel stays and entertainment purchases. Current benefits include complimentary hotel offers based on play, while Ascend and Soar members can receive complimentary early check-in when available.
Dining benefits have also expanded. Monthly Reward Credits can provide up to C$500 in dining credit at participating internal casino restaurants, with eligibility based on qualified play. Credits must be activated and used within the specified month.
Parking Benefits
Parking is another noticeable difference between Momentum levels.
Ignite members and above receive complimentary self-parking, while eligible Core members can also receive free parking offers based on play. Ascend and Soar members receive access to complimentary VIP self-parking at Fallsview Casino.
The current parking structure has 2,500 spaces, with entrances from Fallsview Boulevard and Murray Street. VIP parking is available on Level 2, with Ascend and Soar members able to access the expanded VIP area.
Entertainment and VIP Benefits
Momentum members can use their dollars towards selected entertainment tickets and receive exclusive presale access to certain shows. Complimentary tickets are also available based on play rather than simply holding a particular tier.
Soar is the top published level and adds benefits not available at the lower tiers, including VIP ticket pickup for applicable performances and a VIP host. Ascend and Soar members also receive complimentary early check-in when available.
Signing Up for Momentum
Momentum membership is free and requires valid government-issued identification. Once enrolled, players use their card while playing to earn Status Points and Momentum Dollars.
Members can check their balances, offers, reservations, and rewards through My Momentum, as well as through promotional kiosks and Momentum desks at Fallsview Casino Resort and Casino Niagara.
